Showalter Property Consultants is credentialed and licensed by the FAA to fly drones commercially and to offer UAV services including structural and roof Inspections. We utilize state-of-theart  drone and UAV equipment. We can provide high-quality still photos or HD or 4K video.

Using a drone or UAV can save time, money and other resources, and is safer than having workers access areas that may be too steep or high for access.

We are able to safely access and inspect chimneys, roofs, exterior siding, windows and other exterior surfaces.

We utilize the state-of-the-art standard and thermal imaging equipment from DJI.
