Safety Related Concerns: 

When performing the home inspection we will report on Safety Related Concerns that in the judgment and experience of the home inspector warrant reporting. Some of these items are grandfathered in through the codes over the years however we may mention items that have become of concern over the more recent years.

These may include:

• Railing
• Windows
• Electrical items
• Carbon monoxide concerns
• Fall concerns
• Unpermitted work

Any concerns reported on are as an overall consideration and beyond the scope of many home inspection standards.
