Windows and Doors:

We will report on the style of window and the overall conditions and for proper operation. Some windows or doors may not be accessible for operation and you should verify operation during your final walk through. While we may report on the presence of some visible thermal pane seals some may not be visible due to low exterior light, the time of day or dirt on the glass.

We will report on the overall style of the windows such as double, single hung, awning or casements. We will also identify the mover materials the windows are fabricated from.

Some areas may require safety glass such as a tub or shower and we will identify the presence of safety glass. We will also report on areas used as bedrooms about the importance of proper egress.

With exterior doors we will report on the overall condition, serviceability, materials used and the weather sealants condition.
